At Diversicare, our Mission to improve every life we touch extends beyond the care we provide in our centers. Through the Diversicare Political Action Committee (PAC), we support advocacy efforts that help strengthen long-term care and the communities we serve.
The Diversicare PAC is a voluntary, nonpartisan political action committee that helps support candidates and advocacy efforts aligned with the future of long-term care. By coming together, we help ensure the voice of long-term care is represented in important legislative discussions.

Public policy plays an important role in shaping the future of long-term care. From workforce initiatives to quality care and access to services, legislative decisions directly impact the care we provide every day.
The Diversicare PAC supports leaders who recognize these priorities and are committed to advancing policies that strengthen long-term care and the people who depend on it.
Participation
Participation in the Diversicare PAC is open to eligible team members and is completely voluntary. Choosing whether or not to contribute will never affect employment, compensation, or opportunities with Diversicare.
