We have exciting news to share, and it’s all because of YOU!
Thanks to the feedback you shared in our June 2026 Engagement Survey, Diversicare has officially earned Great Place To Work® Certification™. This recognition is based entirely on what our team members say about their experience working at Diversicare, making it one of the most meaningful honors we can receive. In addition to our Diversicare Support Center being recognized as one of the Nashville Business Journal Best Places to Work, this achievement is another exciting reflection of the incredible culture our team members create every day.
Every day, you make Diversicare a place where compassion, teamwork, and purpose come to life. Whether you’re providing direct care, supporting our centers behind the scenes, or serving at our Diversicare Support Center, each of you plays an important role in creating a workplace where people feel valued and connected. Your feedback tells that story.
This year:
• We achieved a 66% Trust Index® score, meeting the requirement to earn Great Place To Work® Certification.
• 70% of our team members answered that, taking everything into account, Diversicare is a great place to work.
• 2,200 team members participated, resulting in an incredible 82% response rate that gives us valuable insight into what we’re doing well and where we can continue to grow together.
One of the things we’re most proud of is what our team shared about the work we do every day. Many of you said your work has special meaning, that you feel you make a difference, and that you’re proud of what we accomplish together. Those responses reflect the heart of Diversicare and the commitment our team brings to improving every life we touch.
While we’re celebrating this achievement, we’re also looking ahead. Your feedback helps us understand where we can continue to improve, and we’re committed to building an even stronger workplace for every team member.
Your center’s survey results will be available soon in the Activated Insights platform. Once they’re ready, your RVP will be notified and can begin reviewing the results with your team.
