Diversicare is committed to an environment of Service Excellence, which reflects our desire to exceed the expectations of our patients and residents. In order to do so, we send a satisfaction survey to our patients who discharge home or to another care setting. Since it is of utmost importance to keep all survey responses and comments impartial, we partner with an independent customer satisfaction survey company, National Research Corporation, to administer the surveys and collect the data. The identities of our survey respondents remain anonymous.
Patients are asked to rate our centers on a variety of topics, from the quality of our physician services to the level of assistance they received during the admissions process.
National Research Corporation receives and verifies all responses, then converts them into an easy-to-understand scale of one to five. One is the lowest score and five is the highest score. These scores are used to calculate the Gold Star Rating you see on our website.
