Brentwood, Tenn. (March 2026) – Diversicare Healthcare Services is proud to recognize five centers as recipients of the 2025 Award of Excellence, the organization’s highest recognition for outstanding performance in clinical care, operations, and overall excellence. The awards were presented during the Evening of Excellence celebration at Diversicare’s 2026 Leadership Summit on February 25, 2026.
The centers honored with the 2025 Award of Excellence are:
- Diversicare of Hutchinson (Hutchinson, KS)
- Diversicare of Tylertown (Tylertown, MS)
- Diversicare of Winfield (Winfield, AL)
- Diversicare of Arab (Arab, AL)
- Diversicare of Shelby (Shelby, MS)
This prestigious recognition highlights the exceptional dedication of these teams in delivering high-quality care while living out Diversicare’s Mission to improve every life we touch by providing exceptional healthcare and exceeding expectations.

The Evening of Excellence celebration brought together Diversicare leaders from across the organization to recognize the remarkable achievements of team members and centers throughout 2025.
