BRENTWOOD, Tenn. (July 3, 2025) — Diversicare Healthcare Services LLC announced today that Kevin Crowley, VP of Government Relations and Leadership Development, has been selected by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) as a member of the 2025–2026 Future Leaders Program.
Crowley is one of 40 long-term and post-acute care professionals from across the country chosen for this prestigious program, which identifies emerging leaders committed to advancing quality care. Participants engage in a year-long curriculum focused on leadership development, strategic thinking, and industry advocacy.

Crowley has over 20 years of experience in the long-term care industry and has been a proud member of the Diversicare team since 2013. He currently serves as the Multi-Facility Vice President on the KHCA/KCAL Board. His ongoing involvement with the association has deepened his passion for leadership development and advocacy in senior care. Crowley is committed to advancing quality care and supporting both state and national initiatives that shape the future of the profession.
The Future Leaders program, established by AHCA/NCAL in 2004, kicks off each year with the Future Leaders of Long-Term Care in America Symposium held in Washington, D.C. The program offers training in areas such as quality management, customer satisfaction, and leadership strategy.
