Funded entirely through voluntary donations from fellow team members, the Diversicare Foundation provides confidential financial assistance to current and former Diversicare team members who are facing extremely difficult or tragic life circumstances. These grants are designed to offer relief during moments of unexpected hardship, helping individuals and families navigate challenging situations with dignity, compassion, and support.
