Compliance

Diversicare Care Line

At Diversicare, we strive to have open lines of communication for team members to raise compliance concerns directly to their supervisor or administrator but understand there can be times in which you may wish to remain anonymous or bypass the chain of command. To assist with those situations, Diversicare has engaged a 3rd party vendor, Care Line (888) 508-9774, as an alternative reporting mechanism that is operated 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct describes our approach to operating with integrity and provides an outline of how to “do the right thing every time.” It is the key informational and teaching tool for team members, vendors, service providers and all of those we work with or employ.

False Claims Acts

The Federal Civil False Claims Act permits civil lawsuits so that the federal government can recover penalties and damages against persons and entities that submit fraudulent claims for payment. The FCA establishes liability for any person who knowingly presents or causes to be presented a false or fraudulent claim to the U.S. government for payment.
