BRENTWOOD, Tenn. (May 12, 2025) — Diversicare Healthcare Services, LLC, a premier provider of long-term care services, announced the addition of Attalla Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, formerly Attalla Healthcare and Rehab, located at 915 Stewart Ave SE, Attalla, AL 35954. This expands the company’s reach and brings the total number of SNF locations to 50, reinforcing its commitment to providing high-quality care to seniors.

Attalla Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing has been a pillar of the Attalla community, offering skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. The center will continue to provide the high-quality care the community has come to know supported by the resources and expertise of the Diversicare team.
The Attalla center will be led by Matthew Leland, Administrator, whose dedication to patient care and strong leadership will ensure the continued delivery of exceptional services. Additionally, the Attalla center will be part of the North Alabama region under the leadership of Matthew File, RVP.
