BRENTWOOD, Tenn. (April 2, 2025) – Diversicare Healthcare Services, LLC, a premier provider of long-term care services, announced today the completion of its acquisition of three new skilled nursing facilities: Etowah Health & Rehabilitation Center, formerly Etowah Health Care Center, in Etowah, Tenn.; Mountain View of Bryson City, formerly Mountain View Manor Nursing Center, in Bryson City, N.C.; and Diversicare of Copper Basin, formerly Copper Basin Health and Rehabilitation in Ducktown, Tenn. This acquisition brings the company’s total number of centers to 49.

These centers are part of the Southern Region, under the leadership of Regional Vice President, Scott Goins.
