(June 6, 2025) – Diversicare Healthcare Services, LLC, a premier provider of long-term and post-acute care, announced that 11 of its centers have been named 2025 recipients of the Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). The award recognizes long-term and post-acute care providers that demonstrate a dedicated commitment to quality improvement and organizational excellence.

The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program features three levels of distinction — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — with the Bronze award serving as the foundational step in this journey toward excellence. This prestigious program honors long term and post-acute care organizations that meet increasingly rigorous performance standards aimed at improving the lives of patients, residents, and team members.
At the Bronze level, providers take the first step by evaluating their organization’s mission, vision, and key drivers of success. Each application is carefully reviewed by trained examiners to ensure the center has met the criteria and demonstrated a commitment to continuous quality improvement. These centers have also shown their ability to establish a sustainable improvement process.
As recipients of the Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award, these organizations are now positioned to pursue higher levels of performance and move forward to the Silver – Achievement in Quality Award.
